Thanksgiving
Today is the last day of Thanksgiving break and I cannot believe it went by so fast! The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving were very busy at school academically and athletically, and the long break was much needed. Between the Hurricane days, the end of the fall sports season, and the end of the first quarter, the past few weeks have been crazy! With such a busy schedule, it was hard to remember to be thankful or happy, but after a few days of relaxation, I realized how much I have to be thankful for at SSSAS. We have a great school community, great teachers, great classes, and great school spirit. I cannot think of any place I would rather have spent the past two years in high school, and even all of my years in school. I am so thankful to have a school where I know I am learning and growing as a student, and I am always supported by teachers and classmates. To be a part of the SSSAS community is something to be thankful for, because I always feel accepted and I always feel at home.
