My name is Mollye and I am a junior at SSSAS. I have been attending SSSAS since Junior Kindergarten, and I have loved every minute of my time here. As an SSSAS student, I can say I feel that I am a part of a warm, welcoming community, and I cannot think of a better place to have spent the past twelve years. Here, the student body is diverse, but because of its size, I know each and every student and teacher. Individually, I have found my place at the high school, and I know there is a place for every student. Academically, my favorite classes are my science classes. Though it is challenging, AP Chemistry is my favorite class. I want to be a doctor, and every science teacher I have had has been engaging and supportive, even when I feel like I do not understand the material. In addition to Chemistry, my other favorite class is Spanish. With our language program, I feel like I could go into the Spanish speaking world comfortably. Though these are my two favorite classes, I love every single class because of our wonderful teachers and small class sizes. Outside of the classroom, I play tennis and run track and field. Other than sports, I am a co-president of Epilepsy Awareness Club, a member of Model OAS, and I volunteer every Sunday at Georgetown University Hospital.Tuesday, November 6, 2012
